My Story

For Thomas, his love of all things Disney, Star Wars and Marvel began at a young age. However, it wasn’t until he was a teenager that he first visited Walt Disney World® Resort and immediately became enamored with the experience. Along with his wife, Rosanne Mottola - also a Glass Slipper Concierge agent, Tom has become an unwavering source of knowledge, sharing insight into the history of the Walt Disney Company and every aspect of the parks and resorts.

Having visited the Disney Parks and Resorts throughout all four seasons of the year, Tom is an expert on different festivals and holiday celebrations offered annually. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and the EPCOT® International Flower and Garden Festival are among some of his favorite special events, and he guides his clients in making the most out of these experiences.

As a self-acclaimed “foodie”, Tom is well versed in the amazing dining and snack offerings at the Disney Parks and Resorts. He loves to talk dining and is always ready and willing to make great dining recommendations to please all palates.

Thomas is a proud graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and is constantly seeking the most up-to-date information about Disney destinations around the world.

As a “Disney Dad”, Tom loves sharing his passion with his two young children. He has extensive experience planning trips to Disney with kids as well as multi-generational vacations. Thomas takes great pleasure in sharing his knowledge and planning expertise on Disney destinations and beyond. He is eager to help you plan a once in a lifetime trip to the “most magical place on Earth!”
