From onboarding forward, advisors receive guidance from our Advisor Development Coordinators, leadership team, and experienced colleagues. Professional technology, destination resources, supplier education and established agency systems help advisors stay organized and deliver a consistent client experience.

They are also comfortable developing client relationships, promoting the services of Glass Slipper Concierge, and representing the agency with professionalism. Advisors work as independent contractors while operating under the GSC brand, systems, and service standards.

Investing in Your Business

Building a successful travel business takes commitment, and that includes making an investment in the tools and resources you'll need to get started. Glass Slipper Concierge advisors are independent contractors who operate their own businesses while benefiting from the support, training, and resources of an established luxury travel agency. Before applying, please be aware that all advisors are required to:

• Establish and maintain an LLC — Approximately $250 in initial setup costs
• Carry their own Errors & Omissions insurance — Approximately $350 annually
• Subscribe to an agency-approved itinerary planning platform — Approximately $300 annually
• Maintain a Google Workspace account — Approximately $85 annually

These are estimated costs and may vary. We believe it's important to be upfront about these expectations so you can decide whether you're ready to make the investment in building your travel business.
