My Story

Shantrell began visiting Disney destinations when she was 2 years old. Today, her husband and teenage boy/girl twins love Disney as much as she does. As Annual Passholders, they visit Walt Disney World® Resort multiple times a year. They enjoy various events such as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Epcot® International Flower and Garden Festival, and Epcot@ International Food and Wine Festival. Shantrell also enjoys runDisney events, including Wine and Dine Half Marathons and Disney’s Princess Half Marathons. This past summer, Shantrell and her family had the pleasure of visiting Aulani in Oahu for the first time. The Kramer Family’s bucket list includes visiting every Disney Properties around the World!

With frequent visits to the parks, Shantrell stays up to date with all that is new with Disney. She is a graduate of Disney’s College of Knowledge and has expertise in Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland® Resort, and Aulani, as well as Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando.

Shantrell is the go-to for all of her family and friends when it comes to Disney vacations. She feels that a family vacation should be as stress-free as possible to enjoy quality time together and make memories that will last a lifetime.
