If you a runner, you know that vacation doesn’t necessarily mean a break from training. But have no fear, there are many great running trails throughout the
Walt Disney World® Resort hotels that are sure to offer fantastic views while keeping up your training miles! Here are a few of the best:
Disney's Boardwalk Inn/
Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts

The running path around the
Epcot® resorts is one that can be customized for the mileage you need to get in! Run along
Disney's Boardwalk, toward
Disney's Hollywood Studios® and around
Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts. This is a wonderful path to enjoy in the morning as the sun is rising! The path covers anywhere from 7/8 mile to 3 miles, depending on your route.
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa/
Disney's Polynesian Resort

The monorail isn’t the only mode of transportation connecting these wonderful resorts, there is also a great running path! Run around each resort for a mile long loop, or connect them together for a longer run. The serenity along the Seven Seas Lagoon will keep you going!
Disney's Wilderness Lodge/
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground
Looking for a more rustic running path? There is a great trail between
Disney's Wilderness Lodge and
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground! This wooded area offers a unique running experience. The path offers mileage up to 2.5 miles between the two resorts.
Not staying at one of these resorts? Not a problem! Each
Walt Disney World Resort hotel offers a running trail of at least a mile. Look for the New Balance Running Trail signs around the resort area or ask the front desk for a map.

Want to take your running one step further? Sign up for a
runDisney event! With eight events throughout the year at both
Walt Disney World Resort and
Disneyland® Resort, the options are plenty! (For more information, visit
