Add a Plus to Your Disneyland® Resort Vacation with Concierge

How about adding a bit of a bonus to your Disneyland® Resort vacation? Not a problem when you reserve a concierge room or suite for an extra special stay. Concierge accommodations come with the use of a private lounge with complimentary continental breakfast, snacks throughout the day, before dinner hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, and late evening cordials and desserts. These amenities are in addition to the assistance of a helpful concierge staff ready and willing to assist you with anything within their power.

At Disneyland® Hotel, guests with concierge-level service have access to the E-Ticket Club located on the 11th floor of the Adventure Tower. From this lovely vantage point are spectacular vistas of the entire Disneyland Resort, including a view of all five “mountains” in both parks. And better yet, it’s a picture-perfect location for watching the Disneyland® Park fireworks show complete with music. Additional amenities include DVD players with complimentary DVDs available for checking out, nightly turndown service, and priority check-in and checkout processed regrettably at the front desk instead of inside the concierge lounge. Concierge guest rooms have either a Standard View; or a Premium View overlooking Downtown Disney® District and the parks in the distance. In addition, all Signature Suites automatically come with concierge and are conveniently located on the same floor as the lounge.

Breakfast offers fresh fruit, juice, cereal, bagels, mini muffins, pastries, oatmeal, cold cuts and cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, and yogurt. Snacks throughout the day include a variety of beverages, fruit, homemade potato chips with salsas, crudites, pretzels, banana chips, Smucker’s Uncrustables, and cookies (sugar, oatmeal, and raisin chocolate chip). Evenings bring cold appetizers of cheese, bread, fruit, and crudités as well as two hot entrées such as chicken quesadillas, cheese bites, mushrooms with ratatouille, mini pizza, beef teriyaki skewers, macaroni and cheese balls, coconut chicken strips and the like. Beer and wine are served by the lounge hosts with the choices of BV Chardonnay, BV Cabernet, BV Merlot, and Woodbridge White Zinfandel. Bottled water is available for the asking, and there is also a Nespresso machine. After dinner enjoy cordials along with Magic Bars, cookies, brownies, rice crispy treats, and mini-tarts.

Specialty Presidential and Vice Presidential suites, as well as concierge guest rooms, include access to the comfortable Craftsman’s Club Lounge located on the 6th floor of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa, a perfect spot to just hang out and enjoy the multiple food services available. Priority check-in and checkout are completed at the concierge desk located just outside the lounge. One of the most enjoyable aspects of the lounge is the balcony that runs the length of it with a view of the monorail zipping through the hotel courtyard as well as the Disneyland fireworks. Bedtime storytelling and songs along with milk and cookies are offered in the lounge each evening at 8:15 p.m. Additional amenities include DVD players, Bose Wave music system, and in-room check-in.

Breakfast here consists of luncheon meats and cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, bagels, croissants, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, and juice. Afternoon snacks are fresh fruit, tea cookies, tea sandwiches, scones, and jam. In the evening enjoy cheese and crackers, focaccia bread, crudités and dip, and one hot dish such as crab cakes, chicken teriyaki on sugar cane skewers, black bean empanadas, jerk chicken brochette with sweet chili garlic sauce, Southwest chicken spring rolls with salsa, and Kalua pork. Beer and wine are served by the lounge hosts with choices of BV Chardonnay, BV Cabernet, BV Merlot, and Woodbridge White Zinfandel. Bottled water is available for the asking, and an espresso machine adds to the enjoyment. Evening desserts served from 8:00 until 10:00 p.m. include chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies, macaroons, petit fours, and chocolate-covered strawberries.

So do yourself a favor and ask your travel advisor about reserving this special service for you. I can promise it will add that special touch that you won’t soon forget.

Good afternoon,

I am planning my mother’s 55th birthday and we would like to celebrate it at Disneyland, since we are avid Disney fans. Two years ago, we booked a regular 2 bedroom suite at Disneyland hotel but upon arrival and our surprise, Disney has updated our booking to their “El Capitan” suite at their Grand California hotel. It was a truly remarkable and amazing experience!

Again, for this year, we are planning to celebrate my mother’s birthday at Disneyland to enjoy it with friends and family. I am inquiring if you can help us reserve a booking at one of their signature suites, the El Capitan preferably if its available. We would like to surprise our mother with a magical Disney experience for her birthday so I highly appreciate for any way you can help us.

This will be for June 1-3, 2017 (2 nights).

Thank you for your time and attention into this matter.
-Nic Cruz

I have booked my wife and I at the Paradise Pier Hotel on December 12th through 15th. I have the three day pass plus early entry and was wondering what other upgrades are available. Last year I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. I want my wife to have a time that she will remember forever. If you could have someone contact me so I know what options are available I would be appreciative.
