My Story

Leigh Ann’s love of Disney began in childhood and has remained a meaningful part of her life through many different seasons — from family vacations and Magic Music Days as a high school student to raising three children who have grown up experiencing Disney in their own ways. Today, she combines that lifelong familiarity with extensive firsthand expertise to help clients experience Disney destinations in a seamless, polished, and thoughtfully curated way.

As a Disney Vacation Club Member, Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, and Gold Castaway Club Member, Leigh Ann visits Walt Disney World multiple times each year, sails Disney Cruise Line regularly, and has firsthand experience with Disneyland Resort and Aulani. That continued exposure gives her the perspective to help clients understand what is truly worth their time, attention, and investment — from choosing the right resort, stateroom, or dining experience to knowing when an upgrade is worth the cost and when a simpler choice may serve the trip just as well.

Leigh Ann’s approach is personal, intentional, and highly tailored. She believes the best vacations are not defined by the number of experiences on an itinerary, but by how well each one fits the people taking the trip. Her goal is to help clients focus on what matters most, feel confident in their decisions, and enjoy a vacation that feels entirely their own.

Before becoming a travel advisor, Leigh Ann worked for many years as a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse. Caring for families has always been at the heart of her work, and that experience continues to shape how she serves clients today: with compassion, careful listening, clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to taking care of people well.

While Disney remains one of Leigh Ann’s deepest areas of expertise, her work extends well beyond Disney destinations. She brings the same thoughtful, highly personal approach to Universal Parks & Resorts and thoughtfully curated travel around the world. She values long-term relationships with her clients and looks forward to planning for them through many seasons of travel, from first visits and family vacations to multigenerational celebrations and journeys around the world.

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Leigh Ann is a College of Disney Knowledge Graduate and Virtuoso Member advisor with Glass Slipper Concierge and GSC World Travel.
