Disney’s Club Level Service Exclusive Benefits

Many people wonder what Club Level Service entails at the Walt Disney World® Resorts. Although all of the Disney Resorts offer standard concierge services in the lobby of the resort, which all of the resort guests can utilize to have questions answered and to get assistance for various needs, the Club Level Services go above and beyond what the concierge desk offers.

All of the Deluxe Resorts offer the club level option: Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Boardwalk Inn, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Resort, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. Some of the many advantages of staying on club level are personalized service, an exclusive club level lounge that offers a variety of complimentary refreshments and food, and amenities such as evening turn down service with chocolates, robes to use during your stay, extra toiletries, complimentary fax assistance and a DVD player in each club level room.

Some of the club level resorts offer additional benefits that are exclusive to that resort. For example, at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, the club lounge has large, floor to ceiling windows that offer a fantastic view of Cinderella Castle and provide the perfect view to watch the nightly fireworks display. The balcony at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn is ideal for watching the spectacular IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot®.

The personalized service offered to club level guests makes dream vacations even more magical. When you book a club level stay, you are treated to the benefits of the Itinerary Planning Office (IPO) at your resort. The IPO will work with your travel agent to confirm your stay along with additional reservations such as dining and special events. While you are onsite, they can assist in arranging or making changes to your dining reservations, purchasing tickets to entertainment events, and scheduling in-room child care. Upon arriving at your resort, the club level cast members will escort you up to the club level floor, allowing guests to avoid lines at check-in.

Perhaps the best perk of staying club level is the complimentary food and drink offerings available in the exclusive Club Level Lounge. Each Club Level Lounge contains comfortable seating along with two televisions, one television for the adults and one for children that airs cartoons and children’s shows. The schedule below is followed by most of the concierge lounges at Walt Disney World:

6:30-7:00 a.m.—Coffee and juices

7:00-10:30 a.m.—Continental breakfast with juice, coffee, tea, cereals, fruit, breakfast pastries and breads

11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.—Iced tea, soda, lemonade, coffee, and snack foods such as crackers, pretzels, cookies and nuts

5:00-7:00 p.m.—Appetizers with wine and beer including hot and cold appetizers from the resort’s restaurants

8:00-10:00 p.m.—Cordials and a selection of desserts from the resort’s restaurants

Many people find the Club Level lounge to be extremely beneficial because adults and children alike are able to enjoy a delicious appetizer and refreshment before their evening dinner reservation or simply wake up and have breakfast waiting for them before hitting the parks for the day.

Club Level Service can really enhance your family’s Disney vacation with personalized service and exclusive amenities. For added convenience and luxury, experience Club Level on your next Disney vacation!

not all the deluxe resorts Old Key West does
not

Old Key West is considered a Deluxe Villa and not a Deluxe Resort. But definitely worth clarifying. We will alter that in the article.

Will the IPO service help with reserving Fastpass in advance?

Posted on Jan 07 by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

They will only assist guests when the 60 day window opens at 9am when our phone lines open for the day. So you’ll need to call them and have them walk you through it. Better to find a travel agent that will do it for you the morning they open.

How far in advance can IPO book restaurants?

Posted on Jul 07 by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Our neighbors recently stayed in the WL Club Level and were describing it to us tonight. They had a room that slept 4, but actually had five adults staying there. In addition to these five they had six more adult guests not staying on Disney property that enjoyed all of the Club service amenities including the food and wine.  When we asked how this was possible, they told us they paid a flat fee of one $99 payment for the total of their guests for the three nights they stayed there.  Is this credible, or did someone there just pocket the $99 and turn a blind eye?

Your neighbors may have had a Deluxe Room which does fit 5 adults and is considered Club Level even though they are located on lower floors than the Club Lounge. If not then then someone slept on the floor since there are only two queen beds in the rooms at Wilderness Lodge, and the front desk must not known about it since it is not allowed.

As for the $99 rate to have access to the Club Lounge, this is something I have never heard about and highly doubt. If this were the case the Club would be filled with outside guests. So not sure what to think about this or how this could have been allowed.

Are we able to book club level with DVC and purchase the VIP pass as an add-on?

Posted on Jan 16 by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Not really sure Nancy, but I would assume the answer is yes. You would need to check with DVC to be positive.

I was told by a cast member while booking club level at the boardwalk inn that breakfast includes eggs waffles bacon etc….is this a fact

Posted on Feb 08 by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Hi Jim. While they do offer a few hot items such as hard-boiled eggs and oatmeal, it is not a full-service breakfast. No waffles, scrambled egg, or bacon. Instead you’ll have fruit, juice, toast, pastries, yogurt, coffees, cheese and lunchmeat, etc.

We are staying club level at the Beach Club. Do you know if they offer any vegan options? I would assume no other than the obvious such as fruit, etc. Thank you.

Posted on Aug 29 by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

I would let them know before you arrive that you are vegan, and remind them again at check-in. They will usually offer something extra for you to suit your dietary needs. Just ask.

What is the club level as the Grand Flordian like? Breakfast?

Posted on Sep 16 by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Currently staying club level at Grand Floridian, and their breakfast consists of lunch meat and cheese, bagels and pastries, deviled eggs, egg bites, and Mickey waffles. Seems more extensive than what I remember at The Polynesian.

Thank you for the update Erica. I know the concierge lounges have made breakfast more substantial than before. It’s nice to have a well-rounded breakfast before heading to the parks, right?

I heard club level guest get access to preferred firework viewing areas —is this true?

Posted on Oct 22 by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Hello Christina. Guests staying in club level rooms are allowed to purchase three extra FastPass+ selections per day for $50 per person. These FastPass selections used to include Preferred Viewing FastPass selection for fireworks shows, but no longer. Hope this helps!

I stayed at the Contemporary Club Level in May with my granddaughters ages 1 & 3, and they loved it.  The cast members were excellent. The snacks were helpful to get us through to dinner,  can’t wait to go back in September.

Yes, you can not only view the fireworks from both club lounges but also hear the accompanying music as well. Enjoy!

Hello Nicole. You can only use the Animal Kingdom Lodge concierge club, not other resort concierge clubs.

Hello Suzanne. Unfortunately the Sunrise Safari has been discontinued. I’m going to update this older blog post and remove that information. Sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused.
